On time, very professional, and knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnose the problem and was able to repair on the spot. Explained what was wrong with the machine and how he repaired the problem. Gave advice to prevent future problems and what parts we should replace over time. We would definitely use again, and we highly recommend to others. Competitive in his pricing. A real pleasure to deal with!

I own an a/c company & we had an issue with our equipment. MSL was very quick to respond, got out to the same day we called. Diagnosed the problem with our equipment & got the needed parts ordered that same day. Due to the holiday week the parts took a little longer than normal to arrive. But the day they arrived he was onsite doing repairs & getting our equipment back in great working condition. Very friendly & professional, you won’t go wrong dealing with this company.
